• Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

• Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products such as skincare, cosmetics, and personal care items cannot be returned once opened.

• Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at info@libratheory.com with your order number. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending back the item(s).

• Refunds: Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing.

• Exchanges: If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will replace it at no additional cost.
